Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns.
We do accept cancellations. In order to qualify for a cancellation and refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. This policy is necessary to ensure that your order is not sent to print. Once 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, the items will be shipped regardless of any email request for cancellation. Please be aware of this policy before shopping with us.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives and is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Reimbursement of Funds

If approved, a reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
