SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Limited Fire. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
United States of America - USA Domestic – DTD (Door to Door)
International orders upon request for:
- The United Kingdom
- South & Central America
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Expedited requests / order(s) will be assessed based on size, production, shipping costs, and turn-around time requested.
A premium surcharge will be added subject to the agreement – request granted and / or with conditions.
A shipping order will be generated for each sale transaction that has successfully processed, payment and funds confirmation received.
The selection of the logistics provider is determined by the buyer’s requirements, committed transit time, and delivery location.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
CONTRACTED 3RD PARTY LOGISTICS CARRIERS
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Packages that are addressed to a P.O. Box will only be delivered by USPS.
FEDEX and UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. Box. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
Limited Fire ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada.
International shipping cost upon request.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Shipping pre-alerts will be triggered to the appointed USA domestic logistic providers once the sales order and packaging is completed and ready for collection.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES INCL. LOCAL REGULATING AUTHORITIES
Limited Fire is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and local
local imposed fees by regulating authorities or industry bodies applicable to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, importing requirements and unforeseen delays are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Limited Fire is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, document the brief description of the damage, type of damage and severity with supporting photographic images before filing a claim.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Limited Fire. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date full paid transaction date plus 7 days for shipping.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including proof of purchase confirmation email.
- All claims must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to authorization for return, to notify of any issues or involving defective material.
- With a technical material defect, Limited Fire will ask for photos or other evidence to assist with the claim.
- Limited Fire will not be responsible for returns due to ordering a wrong item, so in this case no refund or replacement will be taken by Limited Fire.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defects or special cases.
- Limited Fire provides not warranties beyond replacement value on all products sold.
- Any product marked or advertised with a promotional price, is not eligible for return or credit.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Limited Fire will be responsible for defects in the fabrication of the product purchased.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your request after inspecting the item about its conditions and comparison with the sample signed. If your replacement is approved, we will write you a notice. You can select that we send you a replacement of the same product purchased or a refund for the exactly amount paid to Limited Fire from the purchase of the product.
- Limited Fire liability for defective products shall not exceed the original purchase price paid, in no event will Limited Fire be responsible for any incidental or consequential cost associated with defective product.
